Please book the first child onto the usual pay with childcare Multi Activity Camp at and use this booking system to book additional siblings using this discounted rate. Please note siblings must attend camp on the same day. Please follow the booking steps found on www.skillsandmore.co.uk/booking-with-childcare-vouchers and fill in this booking form once payment has been obtained from your childcare provider. Please note bookings are provisional until payment has been confirmed. Multi-Activity Camp at Central Ajax Football Club, CV35 8HA Camps are aimed at children between the ages of 4 - 12 years old and run from 9am to 4pm daily. Please note: Our online booking closes 24 hours before camp starts. However we may still have places so please call 07901 517012 to speak to a member of the team who if possible will be able to book your son/daughter on to the camp.
